Return Policy
Unused, non-defective items may be returned within 30 days and are subject to a restocking fee. Items in unsealed packages are assumed to be used, please inspect carefully before opening. Special orders are not returnable. Defective items may be returned for review and inspection prior to issuing credit, replacement or repair. Original freight charge is not refundable unless the return is due to PWM error.
All returns require a Return Goods Authorization number (RGA). Please contact customer service at (313) 300-0134 or email us at pwminc @ pmargage.com. Returns without an RGA will not be accepted. Please have the following information ready when calling: customer name, customer ID (if known), your original purchase order number or our sales order number and the reason for the return. All returns will be inspected for use, abuse or defective status prior to credit or refund. PWM takes care to avoid defective shipments and all returns must have the original packaging for consideration.
Calibration Masters, Coordinate Measuring Machinery, Software, Training and Design and Build products are not returnable. Cancellation charges may apply.
